The PIONEER Combat Armor is a modified Mark 117 Orbital Drop Shock Trooper Armor, made and specifically used by the Pioneers.
Appearance[]
While this suit appears to be thinly lined, it is truly very strong, made with over four layers of Bulletproof gel coating. The armor is very light, and is about 18 pounds, due to the advanced gel coating. This armor also has very advanced technology. A long range/short range radio, a Geiger Counter implanted in the antennae, and a flashlight. Inside the helmet is a very advanced Low Light Vision Enhancer, using the simple technology in the standard issue ODST VISR, and transforming it into a piece of technology that can detect every object, and make night seem almost like day, with saturation enhancement, object inspection, increasing in light, and weapon detection.
The armor contains an ONI emblem in the center of it's chest, the user's surname or nickname, and a small UNSC Emblem. Below the ONI emblem is the words, UNSC. The armor can be customized in color for the most part, but other than the chest and shoulder color, the armor remains it's steel color.
